Deliveries & Orders (Terms & Conditions)
Local Deliveries
Delivery charges within Singapore shall be as follows:

| $120.00 & Above | FREE |
All prices stated are in Singapore dollars.
We will do our utmost to send your order within 2-3 working days, subject to the delivery area and schedule.
Delivery time shall be after 9.30 pm.
Note:
1) Timing is just a guide only.
2) Deliveries may be earlier or later, depending on daily schedules.
3) Expect delays due to festive or peak periods or other unforeseen circumstances. We apologize that we cannot do time-specific deliveries.
4) No deliveries Public Holidays/Sundays/Company's Holidays
5) If a customer is not present during the appointed time of delivery, additional delivery charges will apply.
Overseas Deliveries
If the delivery is outside Singapore, we will liaise with you separately on the delivery charges and arrival dates after the order has been paid online. Your orders also may be subjected to tax by your customs. This will be advised and collected upon delivery by the courier company.
The following applies to all local & overseas orders:
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Yes2HealthyLife will not be charged whatsoever for non-delivery or delivery at later times or dates.
- Yes2HealthyLife will not be penalised if prices quoted are with typo errors.
- All prices are fixed and discounts are subjected to change without prior notice.
Information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge but may be subjected to errors. In event of an error, we endeavour to make the correction as soon as possible.
Yes2HealthyLife shall not be held liable whatsoever in the event that such errors were to occur.

Goods purchased may be exchanged at our shop, for other products within 3 days of delivery provided they are kept in good original condition and packaging.
Fresh produce must be returned within 24 hours of purchase/ delivery, to our showroom for exchange if defective. We are unable to do returns for cash.
