Purified Water, Organic Konjac Flour, Organic Oat Fibre.

Heat in an open pan for 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute.

Add to your favourite pasta sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.

Keep in cool dry place Once open, store in an airtight container with clear water for a maximium of two days in the fridge. Do not freeze.
