How do I place an order?
Browse by category, dietary filter, or brand. Clickย Add to Cartย on any product, then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and select a payment method to confirm.
You don’t need an account to order โ guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and access order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
- PayNow (QR code or UEN transfer)
- PayLah! (DBS/POSB digital wallet)
- Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
- Bank transfer (corporate orders above $500)
- GrabPay and other e-wallets (select at checkout)
All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Can I order by WhatsApp or phone?
Yes, especially for corporate and bulk orders. WhatsApp us atย +65 9123 4567ย or emailย hello@yes2healthylife.com.sgย with your product list. For personal orders, the website is faster and allows real-time tracking.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum for personal purchases. Free shipping applies on orders $120 and above. Corporate and bulk orders may have minimum quantities โ contact our team for details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Contact us withinย 1 hourย of placing your order at hello@yes2healthylife.com.sg or WhatsApp +65 9123 4567. Once an order is packed or dispatched, changes are not possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?
Yes! Add a personalised message in the ‘Order Notes’ field at checkout. For corporate gift hampers, we offer custom branded packaging, ribbon, and printed message cards โ contact corporate@yes2healthylife.com.sg.
Can I apply a discount or promo code?
Yes. Enter your code in the designated field at checkout before completing payment. Codes are case-sensitive. Only one code per order unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
I'm having trouble completing checkout. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or switching browsers. Clear cookies and cache, then try again. If the issue persists, email hello@yes2healthylife.com.sg with a screenshot and your browser type. Our team will respond within 2 business hours.
Where do you deliver?
Islandwide across Singapore โ all residential, offices, schools, malls, and commercial properties. We do not offer international shipping. Deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, and restricted zones may have additional lead times.

Free shipping applies to a single delivery address per order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are delivered withinย 3โ5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 pm SGT on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 12:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Express delivery (1โ2 business days) is available for select areas at a surcharge. Same-day delivery is not currently available. For urgent corporate orders, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier portal link. You can also log in and check ‘My Orders’ on the website. If you haven’t received a tracking update within 5 business days, contact us.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
Our courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notification card. For HDB or condo, the parcel may be left with security or the management office. If two attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and a re-delivery fee applies.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Photograph the outer packaging and damaged contents immediately. Email hello@yes2healthylife.com.sg withinย 48 hoursย with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with building security, management office, or neighbours first. If not found, contact us withinย 48 hoursย with your order number. We’ll lodge an investigation with our courier. Most cases resolve within 2โ3 business days.
Do you deliver to PO boxes or Jurong Island?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Jurong Island delivery is possible but requires additional lead time and may incur a surcharge due to access restrictions. Please contact us before placing an order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns/refunds when:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived expired or past its best-before date
- The product was significantly different from the website description
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, opened/consumed products, or final clearance items (unless faulty).
How do I request a return or refund?
Emailย hello@yes2healthylife.com.sgย with subject:ย Return Request โ Order #[Your Order Number]. Include your order number, affected items, reason for return, and clear photos. We’ll respond within 2โ3 business days.
What refund options are available?
- Full refund to original payment method (faulty, expired, or wrong items)
- Replacement product dispatched at no extra charge
- Store credit applied to your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How long does a refund take?
- Credit/debit card: 5โ10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayNow/PayLah!: 3โ5 business days
- Store credit: 1โ2 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are available for items delivered faulty or incorrectly. We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind. Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement in your email.
What is the return policy for gift hampers?
Customised gift hampers are non-refundable once dispatched, unless contents arrive damaged or are significantly incorrect. Photograph all affected products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I find snacks that suit my dietary needs?
Use theย Dietaryย filter in the top navigation menu. Select from Gluten-Free, Vegan, Sugar-Free, Keto, Halal, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, Lactose-Free, Organic, High Protein, or Vegetarian. You can also search combining a dietary term with a product type (e.g. ‘gluten-free cookies’).
Are all products suitable for vegans?
Not all products are vegan, but the majority of our range is plant-based. Filter by ‘Vegan’ to see verified options. Vegan-tagged products contain no meat, dairy, eggs, gelatine, shellac, carmine, beeswax, or other animal derivatives.
Are your products halal-certified?
Many products are naturally halal (plant-based, no alcohol-based additives). For formally certified options, we display the relevant certification body on the product page. Filter by ‘Halal’ for verified options. For institutional orders requiring documentation, contact us.
Do you carry nut-free products suitable for schools?
Yes. Our nut-free range is manufactured in facilities that minimise cross-contamination from tree nuts and peanuts. Look for the ‘Nut-Free’ dietary tag. Our corporate team can also assist schools in building a fully nut-free product range.
I have a severe allergy. How can I be sure a product is safe?
All major allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, sesame, shellfish) are listed on every product page. For severe allergies, we recommend:
- Reading the physical label on receipt โ ingredients can change
- Contacting the brand to confirm their facility’s allergen controls
- Consulting your allergist or dietitian before trying new products
Where are your products sourced from?
We source from carefully selected partners globally, including Smart Organic (Bulgaria), Popcorn Shed (UK), RiceUp! (Hungary), Diablo (Spain), Dalston’s (UK), AROM-D (Singapore), B Crizpy (Korea), and COCOS (Singapore). All partners are selected based on ingredient quality and clean-label values.
How often do you add new products?
We add new arrivalsย weekly. Find the latest under ‘New Arrivals’ in the Shop menu. Subscribe to our newsletter for weekly updates, seasonal arrivals, and exclusive promotions.
Why does a product look different from the website image?
Manufacturers occasionally refresh packaging without changing the formulation. We update website images as quickly as possible. If you’re concerned you received a different product, contact us with photographs.
Do you sell products with a Nutri-Grade rating?
Yes. Singapore’s Nutri-Grade scheme rates beverages AโD based on sugar and saturated fat content. We carry Nutri-Grade B beverages including select options from Dalston’s and AROM-D. Search or filter by ‘Nutri-Grade’ to find these products.

How do I get a corporate quote?

We’ll respond with a tailored proposal within 2 business days.
Is there a minimum order for corporate purchases?
Office pantry and bulk orders: minimum $200 per delivery. Gift hampers: typically minimum 20 units (smaller quantities available for premium tier โ please enquire). Event catering packs: no fixed minimum.
Can you accommodate a diverse team's dietary requirements?
Absolutely โ this is one of our key strengths. We can build a corporate pantry or hamper that is simultaneously suitable for vegan, halal, gluten-free, nut-free, and diabetic-friendly needs. Share your team’s requirements during onboarding and we’ll curate accordingly.
Do you offer custom branding on hampers?
Yes. Hampers can be custom-branded with your company logo on the box, ribbon, and message card. Standard lead time isย 10โ14 business days. Urgent orders (5โ7 days) are possible โ contact us to check availability.

Can schools order through Yes2HealthyLife?
Yes. We supply to 50+ Singapore schools through our School Supply Programme โ regular delivery of nut-free, clean-label snacks for canteens, snack bars, or classroom events. Contact corporate@yes2healthylife.com.sg to discuss your school’s requirements.
Do you offer recurring subscription delivery for offices?
Yes. Office pantry subscriptions run on weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cadences. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 7 days’ notice. Contact us to set up your subscription.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, guest checkout is available. Creating a free account gives you order history, easy reordering, saved wishlists, faster checkout, exclusive member promotions, and loyalty rewards (coming soon).
How do I create an account?
Clickย Login / Registerย at the top right. Select ‘Create an Account’, enter your name, email, and password. Verify your email via the link sent to you. The process takes under 2 minutes.
I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Click ‘Login’ then ‘Lost your password?’. Enter your registered email and we’ll send a reset link valid for 24 hours. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes. Click the heart icon on any product card to add it to your wishlist. It’s saved to your account and accessible across devices when logged in. You can share your wishlist as a gift guide.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Subscribe via the sign-up section at the bottom of any page. To unsubscribe, click ‘Unsubscribe’ in any newsletter email, or email us and we’ll remove you within 2 business days. We send no more than one email per week.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards programme?
We’re developing a loyalty programme where repeat customers earn points redeemable for discounts. It’s expected to launch in mid-2025. Existing customers will be auto-enrolled. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
Who is Yes2HealthyLife?
Yes2HealthyLife is Singapore’s dedicated online healthy snack store, founded in 2019. We curate 500+ clean-label products from trusted global and local brands โ covering every major dietary need โ and deliver them islandwide. Our selection is guided by registered dietitians.
How do you decide which products to carry?
Every product goes through a multi-step review:
- Ingredient integrity โ no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or sweeteners
- Macronutrient review โ appropriate protein, fibre, and fat for the category
- Processing level assessment โ whole food ingredients preferred
- Allergen transparency โ all major allergens clearly declared
- Brand values alignment โ ethical sourcing and sustainability
Products are removed if their formulation changes and no longer meets our standards.
Do you work with registered dietitians?
Yes. Our curation process is informed by registered dietitians based in Singapore. Our blog content is also reviewed by nutrition professionals for medical accuracy. We’re committed to evidence-based health information.

Do you have a physical store in Singapore?
We are currently online-only. All orders are placed via our website and delivered to your door. Individual unit pricing allows you to sample products before committing to larger quantities.
