1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using yes2healthylife.com.sg, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (‘Terms’). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (‘Customer’) and Yes2HealthyLife (‘Company’), governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order
- You must be located in Singapore or be purchasing for delivery within Singapore
- By using our website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete

3.1 Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, and nutritional information are accurate. However, product packaging and specifications may change. Always refer to the physical product label for the most up-to-date information.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices may change without prior notice — the price at checkout is the final price
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to system errors
3.3 Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a substitution, credit, or full refund.

- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Shipping Policy
Delivery coverage, rates, timeframes & tracking
1. Delivery Coverage
Yes2HealthyLife offers islandwide delivery across Singapore — all residential addresses, offices, schools, and commercial locations. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (SGT) on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
- Processing time is separate from delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or peak periods. Yes2HealthyLife is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure.
5. Order Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched
- You can track your parcel via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided
- If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us
6. Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout
- If no one is available, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave a delivery notification
- Yes2HealthyLife is not responsible for parcels left at incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- For HDB flats, please include your block, floor, and unit number
7. Failed Deliverie
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no recipient after two attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply for subsequent attempts. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
8. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take clear photographs of the parcel and its contents immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yes2healthylife.com.sg
- Include your order number and photos in your email
9. Corporate & School Deliveries
Corporate pantry subscriptions and school supply orders have scheduled delivery dates agreed during onboarding. Changes to delivery schedules must be communicated at least 3 business days in advance.

1. Our Commitment
At Yes2HealthyLife, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If something isn’t right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges when:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or faulty
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item has expired or was delivered past its best-before date
- The item was significantly different from the product description on our website
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless faulty)
- Products where the best-before date has passed after delivery
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Step 1 — Email hello@yes2healthylife.com.sg with subject: ‘Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]’
- Step 2 — Include: order number, affected item(s), reason for return, and clear photographs
- Step 3 — Our team will review within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps
- Step 4 — If approved, we will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label

5. Refund Processing Times
- Approved refunds to original payment method: 5–10 business days
- Store credit applied to your account: 1–2 business days
- Refunds to credit/debit cards may take additional time depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items delivered faulty or incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement product.
7. Corporate & Bulk Orders
For corporate pantry subscriptions, school supply orders, and bulk purchases, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your dedicated account manager or email corporate@yes2healthylife.com.sg within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Hampers & Gift Orders
Customised gift hampers are non-refundable once dispatched, unless the contents arrive damaged or significantly incorrect. For damaged gift hampers, photograph all affected items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Consumer Protection
🇸🇬 Your Rights: This policy does not limit your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) or any other applicable Singapore law. Where statutory rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
